published its first issue in January 2013. The primary motivation behind our publication’s existence?
To counter the current saturation of gore and shock value in the horror we see and read today. A story that gives you goose bumps is a much
greater achievement than a story that just grosses you out. We have television for that. The true challenge is bringing about real,
psychological fear to an audience that is persistently more and more numb to its face-value tactics. You may find blood, guts and
gore in the pages of our selected works, but most importantly, you will find true fear.
